Four years ago, we were just like many other customers, constantly frustrated with the poor quality of fruits and vegetables delivered by quick commerce companies. The produce often looked appealing (sometimes even dull) but lacked the original taste and aroma. We had faced similar problems in Europe, where our son lives. There, in the dark and cold winters, most fruits and vegetables are imported, which makes freshness a real challenge.
